Socio \u2013 Economic Survey:<\/strong><\/p>\n

The socio \u2013 economic survey was conducted in all six villages of the cluster Project Area. A simple profoma was designed for collection of data\u2019s (Time Line, Social Mapping, Metric ranking, wealth ranking and chapatti diagram). The people of the Project Area were personally enquired by the members of the survey team for getting maximum possible information.<\/p>\n

Occupation of the\u00a0 people under the area: <\/strong>Agriculture is the main occupation in the area, cattle- rearing, farming, handicrafts and animal husbandry are also being practiced at a lower production.<\/p>\n

Resources in the project area:<\/strong> Bamboos and other forest products are the main resources of the area.<\/p>\n

Transportation:<\/strong> Jeep and public carrier (truck) are the only means of transport.<\/p>\n
