Identity: Nangroi Hynniewtrep Organisation is a voluntary Organisation established on 1998 Govt Regd on 1999 whose head office is situated at Mawlai Nonglum near Petrol Pump G. S. road, East Khasi Hills District, Shillong -793008. The motto of the Organisation is “To Eradicate Poverty through Self – Employment.”

Vision: The vision of the Nangroi Hynniewtrep Organisation is empowerment of youth of the State through cultural activities.

Goals: The aims and objectives of the Organisation are:

1. To generate employment opportunities to the skilled and unskilled persons of the State, especially in the rural areas.
2. Facilitate and Provide skills training to the youth
3. To involve youth for bringing about peace and development in the State through cultural activities.
4. To raise economic standards of the people in the rural areas as well as in the urban areas.
